Domestic Shipping (USA)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS / UPS.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.
Please note that processing times (1–3 business days) are separate from shipping transit times.
International Shipping (Worldwide)
We ship to most global destinations across major international zones. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Zone 1 (Canada): 4–10 business days
Zone 2 (UK & Europe): 5–12 business days
Zone 3 (Australia & East Asia): 7–14 business days
Zone 4 (Rest of the World): 10–21 business days
Note: Delivery windows are estimates and may fluctuate due to local customs processing speeds or regional courier delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Customer Responsibility: Your order total at checkout covers only the product cost and the transportation postage. It does not include any local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees.
Payment Requirement: These charges are levied by your local government once the package reaches your country's border. You must pay these fees directly to the courier or local customs office to release your package for final delivery.
Refused Shipments: If you choose to refuse an international shipment due to import fees, you will remain responsible for the original shipping costs, any return shipping charges incurred, and any duties applied to the package. These amounts will be deducted from your eventual product refund.
Tax IDs and National Requirements
Certain regions require specific buyer information to clear customs successfully:
South America (e.g., Brazil, Chile): A valid tax identification number (CPF, CNPJ, or RUT) must be provided. If you did not enter this during checkout, our team will email you to request it prior to dispatch.
PO Boxes: We generally cannot ship internationally to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your international order is processed and dispatched via our logistics partner, Easyship, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to track your package from our warehouse all the way to your doorstep.
